Sip & Sail Promotion: 2026 Terms & Conditions

Host:
This promotion is hosted by Compeer Rochester, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Rochester, NY.

Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter:
Entries are obtained through a voluntary donation of $25 per entry. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. To enter without donating, sign up for Compeer’s newsletter here and select “Sip and Sail” in dropdown menu. Limit one entry per person per method.

Prize Description:
Two prizes are being given away. Participants must indicate on the entry form which prize they wish to enter at the time of entry.  1) Sip & Sail on Canandaigua Lake: One winner will receive a two-hour sail for up to four people on Canandaigua Lake, on a Cal 25 sailboat, "Bella Vita." Light snacks and beverages of choice provided. Departing from Canandaigua Yacht Club. Voucher is valid between June 1 and September 30, 2026. Weekend availability is limited. Winner forfeits the voucher if not used by September 30, 2026. No cash value. Prize is non-transferable.  2) Sip & Sail Sunset Cruise on Lake Ontario: One winner will receive a three-hour afternoon or evening sunset sailing experience for up to four people on a 29-ft yacht, "Still Comic." Includes beverages of winner’s choice and light snacks. Departing from Pultneyville Yacht Club. This offer is valid until September 1, 2026. No cash value. Prize is non-transferable.

Selection of Winner:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received once the maximum number of entries is reached. The winner will be notified by email.

Use of Proceeds:
All proceeds from this promotion will directly support the mission of Compeer Rochester as it continues its programming to serve children, adults and veterans with mental wellness resources.
