Leadership Team


Dana P. Frame
President/Executive Director

Dana Frame manages staff and directs all facets of the Compeer Rochester program, including program planning and development, goals and objectives, policies and procedures, quality assurance and budget development. She joined Compeer in 1998 and became Program Director in 2003. Ms. Frame has led Compeer as its Executive Director since 2005. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology/Organizational Development from Denison University in Ohio. She is a member of the Council of Agency Executives, the Policy Council of HeadStart/Action for a Better Community and the Renaissance Executive Forums.

 

Andrew T. Hoyen
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Hoyen has enjoyed a dynamic career spanning the last 19+ years. He currently serves as Senior Director of National Accounts at Toyota Material Handling North America. In January 2008, he assumed an executive development role as Director of Channel Sales for the US market, at the Eastman Kodak company, and in December 2009 was named Vice President of Sales & Service for the Northeast Region. Mr. Hoyen’s business acumen and strategic mindset have enabled him to succeed at every level. He holds a BS in Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Health from SUNY Albany and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.


Susanna M. Tessoni
Director of Internal Operations

Susanna M. Tessoni joined Compeer in 1978 shortly after it was founded.  Ms. Tessoni’s main duties include Computer Network Administrator and Database Manager, Coordinator of the Ben R. Giambrone/Compeer Sports Luncheon and the Compeer Rochester Golf Tournament, and supervisor of the support staff.  Ms. Tessoni serves on the Patient Advisory Council at Strong Memorial Hospital and on board committees of Heritage Christian Services, Inc.

 
Donna Jo Clarke
Director of Finance and Benefits Administration

Under the direction of the CEO and Finance Committee, Donna Jo is responsible for the fiscal management and benefits administration for Compeer Rochester, Inc. and Compeer Inc.  She holds a B.S. degree in Management and Finance from St. John Fisher College and an MBA in Corporate Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.  Donna Jo has a combination of 20 years experience in Banking, Finance and Accounting in both the For-Profit and Non-Profit sectors.


Andy Rawdon
Director of Development

Andy Rawdon is responsible for all components of a diverse fundraising strategy which includes grant research, writing and management; donor identification and cultivation; researching current mental health issues and drafting summaries for staff use; administering annual outcome evaluation project and disseminating results; drafting Annual Report; and editing quarterly newsletter. Andy also serves as a grant reviewer for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services scoring federal grant applications and conducting peer review audits on current grantee programs. He has presented at national and regional grantee conferences with topics focused on grant administration and management; and securing match funding to fulfill federal grant requirements. Andy works remotely from his home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.


Andy is a member of the Grant Professionals Association, Washington, DC chapter and serves on the Journal Committee. He also is a member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement, Washington, DC chapter. He holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Potsdam; a Masters degree in Legal Research & Advanced Professional Studies from Lone Mountain College in San Francisco; and a Juris Doctorate degree in Taxation from Ohio Northern University College of Law in Ada, OH.
